Xray projecton radiography, Computrized Tomography- acquisition and reconstruction methods, relaxation and constrast mechanisms, applications. Nuclear medicine- radionuclides, PET, SPECT imaging. Ultrasound Imaging- echo equation, transducers, beam forming, pulsed Doppler and phased array systems. Medical Image Processing- physics of Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI reconstruction, funcitonal MRI. Visualization of medical imaging data, segmentation applications.
